Dynamo add Palmer to midfield mix

The 25-year-old Palmer is the former caption of Harbour View, where he has played since he was a teenager. For the Jamaican national team, Palmer has made 12 career appearances since 2005.

Palmer, a defensive midfielder, will aim to help fill the void left by Ricardo Clarke's defection to German club Eintracht this offseason.

Per team and league policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
